Love will keep us together....and one Cardinal rule....

love will keep us together

I have been working on a more bird pieces....this one is titled "love will keep us together"

It will be sad when all the birds leave for the winter....but there are some that will stick around and look amazing against the white snow here .... like the beautiful Cardinals that will feed in our backyard and be like bright red lights against the new fallen snow....

The first piece is a mixed media piece...and the Cardinal is one of my ink and watercolour pieces....

I am submitting these to Three Muses this week....theme...things with wings...

Happy Wednesday!!!

He's a cheeky looking fellow. I think he's got his eye on Joyelle's bird seed (see her post), but he should be very careful about eating anything a fairy has tampered with!!

I love your birds! No worries about them leaving...they come here for the winter! I enjoy them very much. We have a Riparian just down the street for our snow birds! Yes, love will keep us together. And commitment! Love the colors in that one and your water color is pure delight. **blows kisses** Deb

Wonderful birds. And yes, it will be very silent when all the birds have left for winter.

Love your birdies! Are your lovebirds cut paper? And what a beautiful red on the cardinal. They are fantastic birds, aren't they?

Now you have me singing Captain & Tennille. :)

I agree. Birds make the world so beautiful. Cardinals are beautiful to see against the dark wood and white snow. They are about the only color we see during the winter here in Michigan.
